Your role will involve managing the day to day operations of the business. You will develop a strong understanding of all aspects of running a small business and will be well trained in all areas. You will be trained in our processes from housekeeping to managing a budget and everything in between.

Your role will involve managing the day to day operations of the business. You will develop a strong understanding of all aspects of running a small business and will be well trained in all areas. You will be trained in our processes from housekeeping to managing a budget and everything in between. Your role will include:

  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Team Management
  • Manager Development
  • Client Management
  • Customer Service

You will be a self-directed individual who is analytical, with initiative and problem-solving skills. You will have the ability to learn quickly and juggle multiple situations simultaneously. You will be target driven and motivated to solve our client’s problems using our Housekeeping service, and excited by the prospect of helping to grow a small business to achieve the long-term vision. You will require the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, hiring, training and supervisory experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or customer facing role
  • Sales acumen
  • Full UK driving license & access to own car
  • A positive and courteous attitude
  • An energetic and efficient approach to work
  • A great people person
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Can remain calm and collected even under pressure
  • Has good IT skills; as well as being confident using Microsoft word & Excel
  • Can speak, read and write in fluent English
