This recognition for the training and support team at Bright & Beautiful has helped kickstart the New Year in style. With 57 franchise owners providing Bright & Beautiful domestic housekeeping services reaching these prestigious business award finals in the world of franchising will give everyone in our business a sense of achievement.
Our franchise support team, based in Cheadle, provide initial training and ongoing training for our franchise owners enabling them to use our operational procedures to recruit and train teams of professional housekeepers in their local area. Equally important in our business is the training provision which helps franchise owners use our dynamic brand to promote our domestic cleaning services in their local region – bringing our service to the attention of an ever increasing client base.
We focus support on helping franchise owners utilise our systems and procedures every step of the way on their business journey. Our Franchise Consultants are committed to building great working relationships with our franchise owners and they are fully invested in helping franchisees on the road to success.
Support is provided using phone calls, video calls, regional meetings, on site visits and through regular visits to head office. We also produce company magazines which are a great sense of pride and help us showcase our franchisee’s achievements and stories.
