I hired Rachel and the team for my disabled grandfather (77) who struggles quite a bit with domestic tasks and I find that Rachel and the team go the extra mile, make him feel safe and secure. When he was taken into hospital and he was to miss his next cleaning day, I contacted Rachel to let her know and instead of cancelling the appointment she arranged to collect the spare key and the team clean his house as routine so that he has a clean home to come home to. The girls are pleasant, trustworthy and very thorough. Worth the money and care very much for their customers. 5*

All the products and cleaning methods are eco-friendly, and Jacqui's team of cleaners are all paid an ethical wage and abide to high standards when it comes to labour practices - all of which was very important to me. When they arrived on the day the cleaning was due to take place they were punctual and really nice to deal with. My Maisonette needed a deep cleaning and Farzana and team went above and beyond my expectations, they thoroughly cleaned the property from top to bottom in every room. They clead a rusty patch on the Bath that was left by a previous cleaining company. They also rearranged all the clutter in all the rooms leaving it less cluttered after they finished. They hand brushed my living room carpet and really got all the muck out. I would recommend their work to anyone.
